Jedi vs Sith

The Jedi vs Sith is the backbone of conflict in the star wars series, from the discovery of the Hyperdrive to the Dark Jedi Period (before the discovery of the Sith Empire) to the Mandalorian Wars to the era of the knights of the Old Republic to the Star Wars Movie prequels and trilogy to the time of the Yuuzhan Zorg to the Legacy Era.

The Mandalorian Wars saw the rise of Revan, whose jedi knight powers and tactical awareness and battlefield deployment led to the demise of the Mandalorians. Revan and his sidekick Malek later disappeared into the outer reaches of the Star Wars galaxy, only to reappear as Sith Lords, ready to conquer the universe. Only Bastila Shan - a jedi knight's intervention with her renown Battle Meditation saves the universe by converting Darth Revan to her cause.

The Old Republic will soon become a MMORPG in 2011. In this game, jedi knights will be pitted against sith warriors. A sith warrior has mastered the basics of the powers of the sith. Wielding a red lightsaber in his hands, he strives to become a Sith Juggernaut or a Sith Marauder. A Sith Juggernaut is almost impervious to damage, charging into battle at the forefront as bullets and attacks bounce harmlessly past him. A Sith Marauder causes pain through sheer speed and quickness, wielding up to 2 lightsabers as he whirlwinds to victory.

4000 years into the future sees the New Republic slowly being manipulated by Senator Palpatine into forming the Empire. The Chosen one Anakin Skywalker is lured to the dark side of the force by his friend, and becomes Darth Vader, who pits his skills, and sith lightning against Obiwan Kenobi. Darth Vader later raises an apprentice called Starkiller who turns against his master, and leads the forging of the first Alliance (or Rebellion) against the Empire. Later Darth Vader tries to clone Starkiller. The story of this will be chronicled in the Force Unleased 2. The trailer for the Force Unleashed 2 can be seen here.

In the Jedi vs Sith series, there is nothing more famous than Darth Vader vs his son Luke Skywalker and later Luke vs Darth Vader vs the Emperor. Fast forward into the future, and the Skywalkers and Solos are born with the force. Jacen Solo succumbs to the dark side of the force and ascends to become Darth Caedus. He is ultimately stopped by his sister Jaina Solo.

The leader of the New Galactic Republic - Natasi Daala exiles Luke Skywalker for not having stopped Jacen Solo from succumbing to the dark side of the force. All over the star wars galaxy young Jedi start becoming mad. Luke searches the galaxy for answers and reluctantly forms an alliance with the Sith to hunt down Abeloth, the power driving young jedi insane. Jedi vs Sith, eventually becoming an alliance.
